Race-specific conditioning every Thursday. Sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, ski erg — the full HYROX simulation. Whether you're racing this season or just want elite endurance, this is your session.

Alex Poon
Alex is the owner and head coach at Apollo Fitness Studio. With over 7 years in the fitness industry — working as a Personal Trainer, Regional Master Trainer, and Gym Manager within high-end commercial gyms — his expertise lies in small group personal training, strength & conditioning, and functional fitness for all ages.
He designed and led a successful small group PT programme that rolled out across 50+ UK gym locations. Before stepping into fitness full-time, Alex spent 17 years as a professional street dancer and teacher — movement, body awareness, and performance have always been part of his DNA.

Coach Alex
Alex brings the energy and the precision. With a sharp eye for form and a coaching style that pushes you just far enough, Alex makes sure nobody phones it in — and nobody gets left behind. Your biggest cheerleader and your strictest critic, in the best way.
